2011 Twilight Parade - Ettason celebrates with a Yum Cha theme

Chinese New Year Twilight Parade celebrations in Sydney CBD - the year of the rabbit - a parade made it's way down George Street , finishing in Darling Harbour behind Sydney Entertainment Centre. With over 100,000 people watching the parade, Ettason celebrates Chinese New Year in Australia with a Yum Cha dance! There was human dumplings brought to us by Amoy, Tsingtao team & human bottle size, Sunrice rice grains dancing around in the heart of Sydney.
