2011 Mei-Xin MooncakeTM Lucky Draw

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

  1. Information on how to enter the competition and claim the prize forms part of the conditions of entry.
  2. Employees of Ettason Pty Ltd and its related entities and companies associated with the prizes and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. Promotion commences on 1st June 2011 at 00:01 (EST) and closes on 30th September 2011 at 23:59 (EST).
  4. Entry forms are sealed in the packaging tins of all Mei-Xin MooncakeTM varieties, with one entry form in each tin. To enter the draw, consumers need to purchase the Mei-Xin MooncakeTM in tins and receive the entry forms. The participants must then fully complete the entry form and send it back to PO Box 267, Chester Hill, NSW 2162 and state “Mei-Xin Moon-cake Promotion 2011” on the envelope.
  5. The Prizes will be drawn at 11:00 (EST) on 20th October 2011 Thursday at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 by the method of barrel draw.
  6. Prize details are as follows:
  7. Retailer winners are determined by the ‘place of purchase’ indicated on the coupons of the consumer prize winners.
    First Prize: One (1) retailer winner to win one (1) Virgin Atlantic Economy Class Low Season Return Air Ticket from Sydney to Hong Kong (prize includes airfare related taxes and charges), valued at AU$1,118 (Recommended Retail Price including GST).
    Second Prize: One (1) retailer winner to win a new “ANZ Business Classic” account with AU$800 deposit.（These prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of Australian and New Zealand Banking Group Limited*)
    Third Prize: Two (2) retailer winners will each receive one (1) new “ANZ Business Classic” account with AU$500 each, total valued at AU$1,000.（These prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of Australian and New Zealand Banking Group Limited*)
  8. Total prize pool for this promotion is AU$33,204. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes. All prizes should be redeemed in Sydney.
  9. The name of winners will be published on the Sing Tao Daily (Chinese) and The Australian on 27th October 2011 Thursday, and on the promoter’s website www.ettason.com.au.
  10. The Promoter will notify the winners in writing and by telephone. Winners must claim the prizes before 27th January 2012 Friday.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry card. In the case of a dispute the decision of the Promoter will be final
  12. In the event where the winner cannot be contacted, or if prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the draw, a re-draw will occur at 11:00 (EST) on 30th January 2012 Monday at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163. The winners will be notified in writing, and the name of winners will be published on the Sing Tao Daily (Chinese) and The Australian on 3 February 2012.
  13. Only original entry forms accepted. Photocopies of entry forms are not acceptable
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries by requesting winners to provide proof of identity, residency and other suitable form of verification at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered
  15. Entrants must retain a copy of all purchase receipts as proof of purchase. The entrant must produce proof of purchase if requested by the promoter. Failure to provide this may result in the entry being deemed ineligible and the prize being forfeited.
  16. All the information provided by consumers will be kept by Ettason Pty Ltd for marketing purpose only.
