1.     Information on how to enter the competition and claim the prize forms part of the conditions of entry

2.     Employees of Ettason Pty Ltd and its related entities and companies associated with the prizes and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3.     Entry is open to all residents in NSW, VIC, WA and QLD only

4.     Promotion commences on 1 June 2009 at 00:01 (EST) and closes on 8 November 2009 at 23:59 (EST)

5.     Entry forms are sealed in the packaging tins of all Mei-Xin MooncakeTM varieties, with one entry form in each tin. To enter the Draw, consumers need to purchase the Mei-Xin MooncakeTM in tins and receive the entry forms. The participants must then fully complete the entry form and send it back to PO Box 267, Chester Hill, NSW 2162 and state “Mei-Xin Moon-cake Promotion 2009” on the envelope

6.     The Prizes will be drawn at 11am on 24 November 2009 at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 by the method of barrel draw

7.     Prize details are as follows:

·       First prize: one (1) winner to win a Honda Jazz 1.3 litre engine 5-speed manual transmission valued at $20,000 including on-road costs (Recommended Retail Price including GST)

·       Second prize: Two (2) winners to win a new Westpac eSaver account with $1,000 cash each, total valued at $2,000

·       Third prize: Two (2) winners will each receive One (1) Economy Class Return Air Ticket from either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth to Hong Kong (prize does not includes airfare related taxes and charges), valued at $1,000 each (Recommended Retail Price including GST), total valued at $2,000

·       Fourth prize: Twenty (20) winners to win a Gourmet Food Gift Pack from Ettason, each valued at $50, total valued at $1,000

8.     Total prize pool for this promotion is A$25,000.00. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes

9.      The name of winners will be published on the Sing Tao Daily (Chinese) and The Australian on 26 November 2009, and on the promoter’s website: www.ettason.com.au from 15 December 2009 – 31 January 2010

10.   The Promoter will notify the winners in writing and by telephone. Winners must claim the prizes before 25 February 2010

11.   The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry card. In the case of a dispute the decision of the Promoter will be final

12.   In the event where the winner cannot be contacted, or if prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the draw, a re-draw will occur at 11am on 9 March 2010 at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163. The winners will be notified in writing, and the name of winners will be published on the Sing Tao Daily (Chinese) and The Australian on 11 March 2010

13.   Only original entry forms accepted. Photocopies of entry forms are not acceptable

14.   The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries by requesting winners to provide proof of identity, residency and other suitable form of verification at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered
