1. Information on how to enter the lucky draw promotion and how to claim the prize forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Employees of Ettason Pty Ltd and its related entities and companies associated with the prizes and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry is open to all residents aged 18 years or older in NSW, VIC and QLD only
4. Promotion commences on 18 February 2010 at 00:01 (EST) and closes on 18 June 2010 at 23:59 (EST)
5. Entry forms are to be obtained along with the purchase of below listed cooking oil items, with one entry form for each tin.

6. To enter the Draw, consumers need to purchase the above listed cooking oil and receive the entry forms. The participants must then fully complete the entry form which contains the retail shop name and send it back to PO Box 267, Chester Hill, NSW 2162 and state “Ettason Cooking Oil Promotion 2010” on the envelope.
7. The Prizes will be drawn at 11am on 2 July 2010 at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 by the method of barrel draw
8. Prize details are as follows:
· Consumer prize: one (1) winner to win Cash $3800 in Australian Currency.
· Retail prize: One (1) winner to win $1000 in Australian Currency.
9. Total prize pool for this promotion is A$4800. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes
10. The name of winners will be published on the Sing Tao Daily Newspaper before 8th July 2010, and on the promoter’s website: www.ettason.com.au from 12th July 2010 – 12th October 2010
11. The Promoter will notify the winners in writing and by telephone. Winners must claim the prizes before 1st October 2010
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry card. In the case of a dispute the decision of the Promoter will be final
13. In the event where the winner cannot be contacted, or if prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the draw, a re-draw will occur at 11am on 4th October 2010 at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163. The winners will be notified in writing, and the name of winners will be published on the Sing Tao Daily before 8th October 2010
14. Only original entry forms accepted. Photocopies of entry forms are not acceptable
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries by requesting winners to provide proof of identity, residency and other suitable form of verification at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
16. All the information provided by consumers will be kept by Ettason Pty Ltd for marketing purpose only.
